1. Pay your Membership Fee, if you haven't already
2. The President/Scrutineer will approve and sign the documents
3. You'll receive an email with the final documents attached as a PDF
4. If this application is for a 'New' Vehicle, you can then visit VicRoads with your licence and RWC. They will ask you to forward the email to them with the PDF document, no need for you to print
4a. As soon as you get your new number plate, please send through a photo of the plate. Thanks in advance!
5. If you're switching clubs, there's nothing left for you to do other than sit back, relax, and wait for your new Logbook sticker to arrive in the mail (2 weeks max)
