Traf's Club exists to help make the process of getting your vehicle onto a Club Permit as simple and fast as possible.

Membership Fees:

First Year: JUST $5!

Yes, literally $5, which includes all the required scrutinerring and documentation to get your vehicle onto a Club Permit, or to move your existing Club Permit to Traf's Club.

Second (and future) Year(s): $50 p.a.

This includes signing of renewal documentation for 1 vehicle on the Club Permit scheme.

Any additional vehicle renewals in your name are just $10 extra per vehicle.

Physical paper forms can be posted to you for an additional cost.

The process is broken down in two main ways depending on if you have a Permit already or not. Here's how it works:

You already have your vehicle on a Club Permit with another club:

With no roadworthy, and no need to visit us or VicRoads in person:

1. Supply us with the required information on the "Become a Member" page
2. We will generate the required documentation and request Membership Payment from you. (Just $5 for the first year!)
3. Once payment is received, we'll send the forms to you for digital signature
4. Once signed, we'll email you a copy of the final required forms and instructions on how to submit to VicRoads
5. You'll receive a new logbook sticker in the mail, and then you're set!
6. When you receive your renewal, jump back online and we'll gladly help you out, with a low ongoing membership of $50 p.a. (1 vehicle included, and no need to visit us or VicRoads in person!)

You're wanting to put a 'new' vehicle on a Club Permit:

1. Get a roadworthy (This will be the hardest part of the entire process, we PROMISE)
2. Supply us with the required information on the "Become a Member" page
3. We will generate the required documentation and request Membership Payment from you. (Just $5 for the first year!)
4. Once payment is received, we'll send the forms to you for digital signature
5. Once signed, we'll email you a copy of the final required forms and instructions on how to submit to VicRoads (You will have to visit VicRoads to process the documentation and be provided your new Club Permit Number Plates & Logbook)
6. ALL SET! You can now enjoy your historic vehicle for the lowest possible price p.a. for 45/90 days.
7. When you receive your renewal in a years time, jump back online and we'll gladly help you out, with a low ongoing membership of $50 p.a. (1 vehicle included, and no need to visit us or VicRoads in person!)
